You want to know what makes me a good fit for you.
Sure, you can see my skills and qualifications on my resume, but maybe I have some other life experiences that make me better at what I do? And maybe I’m an interesting person (I am). Maybe we have things in common that can help us work well together.
HINT: What to tell, how much to tell and what they want to know is a good thing to consider when developing your own bios and intros. (p.s. I can help you with that)
I am a creative person. I write fiction, poetry and personal essays. I've been an actress, costume designer and set designer. I'm pretty good (bragging rights here). I love to read and watch films, all genres. I love dogs. I like all animals, but I love dogs, especially terriers. I live in Boston, but I grew up in Kansas City Mo. I came to Massachusetts to attend Amherst College (#1 small liberal arts college per U.S. Wealth & World Report every year I was there!). There's other stuff that makes me interesting, but first I want to know about you. Then I tell you more about me and we start to have a conversation, and that's what social media and marketing is all about.
